Reform Water Association offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon with the account number written on the memo line of the check. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Authorization located in the Forms & Reports Section. Once completed drop it off at GTPDD, mail it in or e-mail it to [email protected]
In-Person Payment
You may pay your bill in person at GTPDD located at 106 Miley Drive. We accept cash, checks, debit/credit card or money orders.
We have a secure Drop-Box located in the drive-thru for an easy after hours payment drop-off option.
There is also a drop box located on Plainermill Rd, right in front of Reform Water. Please note if your account is up for disconnect, do not make payments in that dropbox.
Online Payment Portal through GTPDD
You can pay your bill directly to our office through the online payment portal bill.gtpdd.com
You can use the quick pay without login, so you will need your account number and last name to access the amount due and pay. You can also set up an account so you can receive your monthly bill via email/text, set up auto-pay or just pay monthly on your own.
Please make sure when you make an account to make sure your finish registering your account, it will send a verification link to your email. It will most likely end up in your junk/spam and it will be sent from GTPDD.
When you set up an account, it will make your billing paperless! If you would still like a paper bill in mail, please make sure you turn that option back on.
Payment by Phone
Call our office at (662) 324-7388 to pay over the phone using a credit/debit card. This is only accepted during our business hours. Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Business hours subject to change during holidays and weather related issues.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
