I wanted to address the possibility of our scheduled meeting today at 6:00 PM being cancelled given the icy and cold weather forecast. Your safety is very important, and we understand that travel may be challenging.

We will monitor the weather closely and decide as soon as possible. If conditions are unfavorable, we may need to cancel the meeting for the safety of all involved.

I will keep you updated and will send out another email and text message by 4:00 PM to confirm the status of the meeting.
